Caramelized Matzoh Crunch with Chocolate

To provide birthday and housewarming gifts, and to use up some leftover Passover matzah, I made Caramelized Matzoh Crunch with Chocolate from David Lebovitz's blog. Basically toffee over matzah, with chocolate and toasted almond layers on top. Way yummier than just plain matzah, if I do say so myself. A giant pile of sugar and butter is hard to beat, though.
