Cocoa-Chocolate Chip Pillows

Finally, the weather is not insanely hot and I can bake again. Going to a little wine, cheese, movie thing tonight. Asked to bring something chocolate. Making Cocoa-Chocolate Chip Pillows from Lisa Yockelson's Baking by Flavor, mainly because I had all the ingredients on hand already. Oh, except for chocolate chips. I used white chocolate chips. Interesting thing about these cookies... no eggs. Lots of butter though, so not quite vegan. In case you were wondering.
